• Analysis and evaluation of risks and potential contractual and extra-contractual liabilities
• Advice in the negotiation, preparation and revision of strategic and routine contracts, both national and international, according to the client’s core business
• Support to revise and adapt foreign contracts to local rules
• Assistance in the development of internal contract policies, with drafting, revision and standardization of routing instruments
